Main Responsibilities

HR Operations Management Oversee full-cycle HR processes including recruitment of onshore and offshore personnel, onboarding, performance evaluations, and structured exit interviews. Collaborate with project managers to forecast and fulfill staffing requirements in alignment with project timelines. Coordinate for selected candidates’ accommodation, transportation, and emergency response protocols, if necessary.

Employee Relations & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Administrative Excellence Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave administration, and personnel records through HRIS platforms. Maintain 100% compliance in documentation for visas, work permits, and medical fitness certificates for rotational and expatriate staff.

Compliance & Safety Ensure strict adherence to Local Labor Law. Conduct periodic HR audits and prepare compliance reports for onshore and offshore operations.

Training & Development Coordinate with KSA Head Office to schedule training programs-including safety inductions, technical training, etc.

Talent Acquisition Organize recruitment campaigns upon approval from KSA Head Office and confirmation with Operational & HR Department Head. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for specialized offshore (e.g., rig crews, marine personnel) and onshore roles (e.g., site manpower inclusive of lead positions to technicians).

Reporting & Analytics Generate accurate HR reports (such as but not limited to headcount, turnover, compliance, monthly HR Operations metrics) as required by immediate supervisor and senior management.
